Supervision of construction works
The MKD company supervises construction works within all branches. The scope of supervision is as follows:
- Analysis of the construction project and construction permit;
- Signing over the construction premises to the construction manager;
- Enforcing the drawing up of the following documents from the construction manager:
- Safety and health protection plan;
- Schedule of works;
- Control of proper organization of the following building elements:
- Building site fencing;
- Facilities with a sanitary part;
- Signage of the construction site;
- Protection of the construction site;
- Energization of the construction site;
- Control of conducted works in the scope of project compliance and regulation compliance;
- Acceptance of obsolescent and covered construction works;
- Suggesting changes meant for speeding up the realization of works and quality elevation;
- Systematic control of built-in materials and control of documentation admitting for use in construction;
- Solving current technical issues while realizing the task;
- Supervision over the quality of performed works;
- Ordering demolition of defectively made elements;
- Supervision over the correctness of documentation of works related to transportation or utilization of waste;
- Control of the state of health and safety on the construction site;
- Control of firefighting protection on the construction site;
- Control of observing environmental protection regulations;
- Control of financial clearances;
- Final acceptance of reported works.
