Obtaining an occupancy and acceptance permit
The MKD company provides the Investor with support in the scope of obtaining an administrative decision – an occupancy permit of the completed investment:
- Verification of the as-built documentation;
- Preparation of documents necessary for official acceptance of the site;
- Inspection of the site in the scope of:
- Firefighting protection;
- Evacuation routes;
- Sanitary and hygienic conditions;
- Official acceptance of the site by the National Fire Service;
- Official acceptance of the site by the Public Health Inspector;
- Mandatory control performed by the Construction Site Inspector;
- Decision of acceptance of site occupancy.
