Obtaining a construction permit

The MKD company provides the Investor with support in the scope of devising a construction project and obtaining an administrative decision of a construction permit. The scope of offered services in this scope is the following:

• Analysis of the devised construction project;
• Evaluation of the compliance of the construction project with building regulations;
• Evaluation of the compliance of the construction project with the Investor’s technical guidelines, including:
  1. The functional program;
  2. Production requirements;
  3. Energy conservation requirements;
  4. Fire-fighting requirements;
  5. Crucial technical parameters;
• Inter-professional coordination control;
• Management of changes;
• Supervision over the process of terminal alignment, access to a public read, environmental decision and other decisions resulting from the regulations in force;
• Supervision over obtaining an opinion in the scope of fire protection, sanitary and other;
• Supervision over the process of obtaining a decision regarding the construction permit;
• Supervision over performing corrections by the designing entity.
