Investment coordination
The MKD company provides the Investor with support in the scope of investment coordination. The scope of services in this area is the following:
- Analysis of the construction project and the building permit;
- Drawing up documents to conduct a competitive tender for the execution of the investment;
- Collecting offers, their verification and evaluation;
- Choosing the winning offer;
- Drawing up a construction works contract and concluding it with the performer of the works;
- Obtaining building risks insurance and civil liability insurance from the performer of the works;
- Signing over the construction location and project documentation to the performer of the works;
- Appointment of a construction manager and investor supervision at the construction site;
- Enforcing construction documentation from the performer of works:
- Safety and health protection plan;
- Schedule of works;
- Financial schedule;
- Quality assurance plan;
- Management of financial clearances;
- Giving opinion of suggested subcontractors and their authorization.
