Investment settlement
The MKD company provides support to the Investor in the scope of investment settlement:
- Analysis of the construction work contract;
- Exacting of the schedule of works and expenditures from the performer;
- Analysis of the schedule, indicating errors where applicable, correction;
- Financial control of contracts concluded between the general contractor and subcontractors;
- Periodic (e.g. monthly) settlement of the works and acceptance of periodic payments;
- Periodic (e.g. monthly) settlement of the works and acceptance of periodic payments;
- Verification of the adequacy of performed works and periodic financial settlements;
- Withholding clearances in the case of a faulty performance of works;
- Financial clearance of the entirety of the investment.
